Betsy Rosenblum is an executive coach, leadership advisor, and strategic thinker. She partners with leaders and professionals who want to create change in their lives or their organizations.

During 3 decades at McKinsey & Company, Betsy worked alongside partners and colleagues to drive strategic and operational change in real estate, procurement, risk, talent development and more. Success came from solving the ‘right’ problem, enabling talent, and managing change proactively. Betsy has been an active coach through the firm’s CoachNow program and has coached leaders across the firm.

She holds a professional coaching certification from the International Coaching Academy, is credentialed by the International Coaching Federation, and is certified in the Hogan Leadership Assessment.

Before McKinsey, Betsy practiced real estate finance law at Morrison & Foerster in California and New York. She holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School and a B.A. in English Literature, magna cum laude, from UCLA.

Betsy has lived in the Bay Area, Los Angeles, New York, and Chicago and today is based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where she serves on the boards of the Jewish Federation and University School of Milwaukee.

Betsy’s sources of inspiration include:  global travel with her husband and daughters (there are always more routes to take), developing her nascent golf game, collecting new ideas, and spending way too much money on books.
